Delivering the Future

We start this months news round up with an update on our future strategy, including the services we will be able to offer you now and in the future.

Thanks all for the great customer feedback in the summer and we have reviewed our operating model as a result. We will continue to work with clients to provide advice and support in three key strategic challenges that the housing sector faces:

  • Growth
  • Change
  • Resilience

Our advice and support will be provided by delivering our services and products to you through the following business areas:

  • Strategy & Change
  • Governance
  • Treasury & Finance
  • HR Advice
  • Recruitment & Interims
  • Property

These were the areas you highlighted as key to the success of your businesses. We will update you over the next few months with more information on how we’ll approach the delivery of each of these areas and how we’ll grow and adapt the organisation to offer the full range of services.

Steve Douglas and Fiona Underwood, who are Co-Chief Executives of the Aquila Group, of which Altair is a subsidiary, will take responsibility for Markets and Growth, and Services and Products Delivery, respectively, as the work of the Aquila Group increases.

We also have two new Associate Directors:-
