Finance Director, B3Living
B3Living is working towards being a housing delivery organisation led by its team and supported and enabled by its directors. This is a strategic and leadership role first, it is not simply a role for a director in charge of the finances. Our new Finance Director will need to deliver all the typical functions associated with finance, but this is also a key role to support and enable our future growth aspirations, ensuring that the whole organisation is fully engaged with the finances. We have embarked upon a significant change programme and we are looking for a dynamic leader who understands the importance of change in organisations and likes working at pace. You will be a natural influencer, as you will be helping to shape our culture change programme further. As a visible and high-profile leader, you will be making certain that we extract the full potential from every team member and through that the synergies to create a uniquely successful organisation. Beyond that the Board and Executive are looking for someone to join them in motivating, inspiring and leading the team to new ways of thinking about what we do and how we do it. We positively encourage both candidates with housing experience as well as those looking to move into the sector.
You must have a recognised relevant accountancy qualification with membership of CCAB and a track record at senior (head or executive) level in a finance function. Good knowledge of financial compliance, treasury management and experience of leading staff through a cultural and organisational change is also required.
