About the role

Gentoo is now seeking a new Group Chief Executive who will enthuse and motivate the organisation’s people to deliver outstanding services to customers. As an inspirational leader, you will ensure that you are well-positioned to support Gentoo in achieving its strategic objectives and that the organisation is able to respond positively and appropriately to challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible to the Board for the overall performance of the organisation.

Your stakeholder relationship skills will be excellent; and you will empower individuals through a shared passion for creating great homes, strong communities and inspiring people. You will also have experience of successfully leading major organisational transformation.

This is a visible and demanding role which requires someone with strong leadership skills, personal credibility, impact and an impressive track record. The successful candidate will either be a current chief executive or have substantial experience of working at executive level.
