About the role

We are looking for candidates with exceptional leadership skills, a strategic aptitude with the ability to build on existing relationships with key stakeholders such as our Funders and Regulator. Well-developed people skills will be essential for the role, with the ability to motivate staff, understand customers and achieve positive change. Candidates must have experience of leading a Finance function. Experience of Governance, Health & Safety and IT Services would also be advantageous but is not essential.
