Ian Robinson has over fourteen years’ experience working in property departments within the Social Housing Sector. He has worked within Development Departments at Hexagon Housing Association, Tower Hamlets Community Housing, Swan Housing Association and Basildon Borough Council. Ian has assisted Cherwell District Council & Alliance Homes in developing a thirty-year Asset Management Strategy as well as undertaking a statutory health & safety compliance reviews for various housing associations property services departments. He has worked as a Project Manager and Contract Manager for Notting Hill Housing Group for seven years delivering Asset Management Programmes.
Ian is a customer-focused project manager with diverse experience of housing across London. He enjoys tackling problems, finding resolutions, and seeks continuous improvement in all areas of his work.
Ian has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is very proficient working with people of all levels. Ian has worked in housing association and local authority development departments, plus has completed specialist pieces of work for organisations.
