Wales seminar: Managing your business in a changing political and economic landscape
By January we will know the extent of changes to rents and the implications of the Comprehensive Spending Review, and we have the forthcoming Assembly elections to consider. We are in a period of significant change and challenge which will vary for different types of housing associations.
To help you get the latest insights, we are delighted to be hosting a joint seminar with Devonshires Solicitors on Tuesday 12 January 2016. Taking place at the Millennium Centre in Cardiff, the theme for the half day event is “Managing your business in a changing political and economic landscape”.
This, the 4th annual Devonshires Altair seminar, will look at the implications and approaches to meet that challenge.
We have a great line up of speakers including:
- Julian Ashby, Chair of the HCA Regulation Committee,
- Stuart Ropke, Chief Executive of Community Housing Cymru,
- Victor De Cunha, Chief Executive of Curo Group – talking about commercialisation with a social purpose and,
- Senior partners from both Altair and Devonshires.
You can view the full programme here.
This event is equally relevant to both Boards and Executive teams and costs just £100 (including lunch).

We hope to see you there on Tuesday 12 January.
