Our recruitment team has been busier than ever during the lockdown. For example:
- We have just completed the recruitment of a chief executive with the final interview taking place via Teams.
- We have successfully conducted a discrete search and recruitment process for a Chair and board member with all informal meetings and interviews being undertaken virtually and we have also used some innovative approaches for conducting informal meetings with stakeholders.
All aspects of our virtual recruitment process have been fully tested. Professional search, robust selection criteria and interviews, psychometric testing, stakeholder engagement and attractive offers are all still critical parts of a successful recruitment campaign. We are happy to share our expertise with clients.
