Experts Phil Smith & Cher Lewney join Altair’s Digital & Technology Consultancy Service
Following the launch of our Digital and Technology consultancy service back in March we are excited to announce the arrival of two new consultants who bring a wealth of experience to our expanding team: Phil Smith and Cher Lewney from OneConsulting.
Phil Smith has joined as Business Development Director, responsible for developing client relationships and overseeing the smooth delivery of assignments. With over 20 years experience of working within the social housing sector, Phil has worked with a wide range of organisations, providing advice and guidance as they consider the technologies required to deliver efficient customer centric services.
Cher Lewney is Principal Consultant and will lead on the delivery of programmes. Cher has focused on the design and delivery of digital transformation in the housing and wider public sector for the last ten years. She has programme managed complex replacements of the full applications stack, incorporating omnichannel contact centre solutions, customer portals, CRM systems and mobile working solutions. Master data management, management information and business intelligence have been integral to that. More recently, she has worked extensively with the Microsoft Dynamics platform to understand and architect its use in the social housing sector. This has involved greenfield architecture of transition roadmaps, as well as advising on turnaround strategies for implementations which have experienced difficulties.
Both Phil and Cher are perfectly positioned to help clients with their vast sector experience and will combine their digital knowhow to provide efficient technological solutions to housing providers.
This service sits closely alongside our broader Transformation and Change services within the sector; and is led by Director Ian Lever who commented: “I’m thrilled to have Phil and Cher on board to support our service delivery to the sector. Lockdown has brought about a spike in interest for communication and data, Subsequently, we are seeing an increase in demand from RPs to shape their Digital IT Strategy and implementation, ultimately to improve customer services. The expansion of the team enables us to lead the sector through these changes and I’m looking forward to it!”
