Altair worked closely with our Housing Association client to ensure a successful and efficient exchange of contracts between themselves and the housing developer.
The sixteen one and two bedroom shared ownership apartments will form part of a larger Chiswick Development in London. With completion due in Summer 2023.

This work resulted in the exchange of contracts between the Developer and Housing Association for 16 shared ownership apartments in Chiswick. The scheme is due to complete in Summer 2023.
