About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in business analysis, business change, project delivery, and process improvement to work on a variety of transformation programmes across housing, local government, and public sector organisations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Business Analysis – Skilled and experienced in gathering, analysing the synthesising data to develop evidence-based insight, root cause analysis and problem statements
- Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering – Strong capability in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering requirements, and designing processes to align with future-state operating models.
- Workshop Facilitation – Experienced in facilitating business analysis workshops, solution design sessions, process reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Business Change & Transformation – Skilled in defining organisational change, process redesign, service improvement, and developing informed assessments of quantifiable benefits.
- Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders, operational teams, suppliers, and third-party partners to achieve project objectives.
- Project & Programme Delivery – Solid experience of supporting and delivering complex business transformation projects within public and private sector organisations.
- Change Management – Ability to support cultural and operational change initiatives through communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.
- Housing Sector Expertise – Strong understanding of the housing sector and its operating environment.
