Development and Regeneration roles within our Property service

As part of our growth, we are now expanding our team through recruiting Development Consultants and Senior Development Consultants within our Property service. 

About the role

Altair Ltd is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with in-depth knowledge and expertise displayed throughout our business. We are currently recruiting Development Consultants and Senior Development Consultants within our Property Team.

You will have a varied range of relevant experience, with a well-established track record and experience of working in development and / or regeneration. You will be keen to develop your career in this field, being ambitious and target focused with a commitment to adding value to our clients through high-quality consultancy work.

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for your own work, efficiently managing competing priorities and multiple deadlines. You will be comfortable working at all levels, including with senior clients, and will be at ease working in project specific teams within client organisations, as well as out-sourced specific projects.

With these areas in mind, the successful candidates will need to be self-motivated and willing to take responsibility for their own work and career development. You will also have an active interest in our clients’ sectors and the work we do for our clients.
