We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Transformation & Change team.
About the role
This is a pivotal role within the team, acting as a key organising force to ensure structure, clarity, and efficiency across our operational practices and project documentation. You will play an essential part in supporting project delivery, coordination, analysis, and reporting – helping our clients achieve meaningful and lasting change.
Location: Home-based (with occasional travel to client sites and team events)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Contribute to consultancy project reporting and outputs.
- Present analysis and evidence clearly and concisely.
- Convey ideas in a clear and focused style using effective verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Proofread and quality-check your own work before internal review.
Project Management
- Coordinate work across the team to support successful project delivery.
- Plan and manage own delivery.
- Communicate with clients regarding project administration issues.
- Support the organisation of project management processes and documentation.
Analysis & Research
- Gather, record, and analyse data and information.
- Use evidence and date to support findings.
Teamwork
- Contribute to business proposals and product development.
- Build positive, supportive working relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence presenting and engaging in meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- A methodical approach to analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Desirable:
- Experience in a project-based, governance, or policy role ideally within a socially focused sector.
- Proven project management and analytical skills with strategic thinking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, social media, and analytical tools.
- An aptitude for stakeholder management.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
