Service Delivery Administrator, Altair Ltd

Work from home, (with the potential for future occasional attendance at meetings (post pandemic) – we currently have offices in London and Birmingham)

28 hours per week, £19,000 to £24,000, dependent on experience

About the role

The Service Delivery Administrator will support the operation of business processes within Altair, with some interaction across the whole of Aquila Services Group (i.e. Aquila, Altair, ATFS and Oaks). Reporting to the Service Delivery Director of Altair, who will oversee the operation of the business processes with you.

The key focus of the role is to help to develop, implement and ensure the delivery of consistent and compliant corporate processes, with the aim of continuous improvement in your work. This includes a responsibility for meeting your individual targets as well as working as part of a team.

You will be diligent and self-motivated with experience of working within a small/medium sized organisation, within a professional services or a similar environment.  You will have strong and well developed communication and interpersonal skills that enables you to easily interact with all  team members and Board members.

You will be ambitious, proactive and target focused with a commitment to adding value to our clients and internal teams. You will strive for continuous improvement and bring new ideas and solutions to the team. You will also be comfortable completing data analysis, research and reporting with highly competent and proven Microsoft skills.
