Mark is a governance and regulation specialist with a strong background in corporate performance management and information systems. He advises boards and executive teams on strategy development, governance, organisational transformation and strategic risk management.
His background in information systems has led to an unequivocal focus on data quality and the use of business intelligence in governance, and the manner in which good, robust information is used to inform and guide decision-making. He also focusses on the successful alignment of information, digital and corporate strategies.
His current areas of interest are understanding the linkages between information systems, governance and tenant engagement structures, equality and diversity measures for governance and the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning for regulatory purposes.
