Will Morley


Business development, research and data analysis, client support/engagement, policy development, report writing, project management.


Will is part of Altair’s fast-track learning and development graduate programme and is responsible for internal innovation for project management, business development, supporting stakeholder engagement, client advisory reports as well as collecting and presenting research for internal and external use. As part of his graduate programme, Will is currently gaining experience across Altair’s work streams as he looks to solidify his knowledge and expertise in the sector. He has already worked on a range of projects for housing associations, local authorities and non-traditional providers.

Studying Politics and International Relations at the University of Reading sparked Will’s interest in the housing sector. His degree programme developed his understanding of the relationships within the housing sector and their impact on the wider political landscape.
