Utilising a four-stage process, we will undertake a robust assessment of your current position, your fundraising capability and capacity, and explore all pertinent opportunities for you to deliver your work. We can then support you to bring this plan to life, delivering you those new revenues that will grow and sustain your work. This includes:

  • Assessment of your historical performance, strengths, and areas of development.
  • Exploration of all pertinent opportunities for you in an agreed number of income streams.

Trusts & Foundations Investment Readiness Review

 

An opportunity for you to understand your current position, past fundraising successes and challenges and undertaking detailed benchmarking. We will undertake a short SWOT analysis to determine your strengths and understand your challenges/risks which could impact your grants fundraising ambitions. This includes:

  • Reviewing your governance with a fundraising lens. Are you demonstrating a best practice approach to organisational governance, e.g. board representation, operational policies?
  • Understanding your monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Is the approach to monitoring and evaluation fit-for-purpose? Do you have credible, deep, verifiable and usable impact data?
  • Considering your story. Are you able to tell compelling, emotive and resonant stories that reflect the impact of your work?
  • Recommendations to improve grants fundraising potential.

We also provide ongoing consultancy support to clients to implement the identified recommendations as required.

Based on the core components of your organisation and project that influence fundraising success, we research the pertinent opportunities that may exist for your organisation.

Once we’ve defined the project parameters, our team identify the most relevant funding opportunites, analysing funders’ criteria and expectations to categorise opportunities in terms of suitability for your organisation. We will provide clear recommednations to enhance alignment/chances of success based on priorities.

We also support clients with development of a strong, compelling narrative to present to prospective funders.

Supporting organisations to access funding through grant-making trusts and foundations is a core tenet of our work. This includes:
