Alex Chilcott (she/her)

Alex originally joined as a Graduate Consultant in August 2021, following an industrial placement year as a Finance Assistant with the Group in 2019-2020. Alex’s role is split between internal HR work across Aquila and HR consultancy within Altair.

About Alex
Alex is our HR Coordinator, who previously worked in our internal Finance team. Alex’s interest in Human Resources was sparked by her final year at university, where she completed several HR modules. She also works at the group level, focusing on the employee life cycle and overseeing general HR enquiries. Alex has a strong interest in Corporate Responsibility and is involved in a number of internal ESG initiatives.
During her time at university Alex was a member of the University Cheerleading Club and was elected the Treasurer of the Club for the 2018/2019 academic year.
Alex is an Associate member of the CIPD and is currently studying for a masters to expand her knowledge of Employment Law.
