With over 35 years management experience Andy’s experience covers all sectors of the construction industry. His expertise enables him to provide a broad spectrum of support to clients. Having the added value of a wealth of construction delivery experience, Andy has the ability to de-risk potential construction and development opportunities reducing exposure to buildability and logistical management issues. Andy also has a broad I.T and creative skill set enabling him to provide additional value to a team.

Swan Housing – Project / Remediation Management Support – Managing the forensic investigation and legal process for the potential remediation of four tall buildings. – 24 Months

Background

Andy has held Middle, Senior Management level appointments in Construction organisations in the UK. In recent years Andy has provided Construction Consultancy and Construction Delivery support to private developers and public  sector organisations.
