Anna is a Principal Consultant working in the Strategy and Regulation team. She has over thirty years of experience as a supported housing practitioner with experience spanning from specialist housing provision, regulated activity, regulatory assurance and supported housing operations progressing though strategy, policy, and business development including organisational transformation.

Strategic development within, homelessness, older person services, regulated activity, and supported housing, re-engineering of policy and procedure, Specialist Supported Housing review and assurance, service appraisals, project management, housing operations within the charity and third sectors.

About Anna

Anna has specialist knowledge of working within the supported housing and social care sectors. Anna is currently focussing on the impact for providers of the upcoming roll out of the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act.

Background

Prior to joining Altair, Anna held senior management roles within national registered providers overseeing complex service provision, housing management, supported accommodation development and service remodelling.  Anna has extensive experience within the charity and social care sectors.

Fun Facts

Anna originally trained as a fine artist and when not working Anna can be found hiking over the South Downs or on a spin bike.  Anna runs a local meditation group and volunteers as a mentor for young people experiencing homelessness.
