Caroline Toogood (she/her)

Caroline is a committed and successful programme manager, with 15 years experience in the housing and regeneration sector. She has previously worked at head of service level in a London local authority focusing on housing strategy and neighbourhood-scale regeneration. Her experience includes leading the planning and resident engagement activities for a large scale housing estate regeneration programme for a G15 housing association. Caroline thrives on the challenges of delivering tricky urban development whilst supporting and building resilience in local communities.

About Caroline

Caroline has worked in regeneration for 15 years, in that time she has worked for several G15 Registered Providers and led the regeneration and housing strategy teams at a London local authority. She has developed housing strategies, policies and procedures, and has a strong background of working with residents and local stakeholders to bring forward new development, including experience of community-led housing.  Caroline has a wealth of experience across projects of different scales, ranging from complex clusters of infill and garage sites across existing housing estates to leading town centre recovery and regeneration programmes.
