Relocating from South Africa, Chloe is a qualified Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with experience across HR and management consulting. Before joining ALTAIR LTD in August 2025, she had worked on client-facing projects across change management and people strategy. She’s passionate about applying behavioural science and principles to high-impact transformation work. Chloe brings a people-oriented mindset to every project and enjoys working across teams to design meaningful evidence-led change.
