Cydney has over 10 years’ experience in securing development sites, obtaining planning consents and assessing the financial performance of different scheme options in order to deliver mixed tenure developments with a focus on social housing schemes.

Development option appraisals to support land acquisition, securing planning consent for the delivery of mixed tenure housing developments, project appraisals, budget monitoring and management of multi-disciplinary project teams.

Working for a number of Registered Providers, Cydney has built up a strong set of development management and project management skills, namely financial appraisals, risk management, financial management, project governance and reporting.
