About David
David has several years of experience working in the housing sector, more recently working for a housing association where he was responsible for providing the finance business partnering service to the corporate and development teams. He is responsible for maintaining Altair’s development appraisal toolkits – Podplan – and has experience building complex financial models to support major regeneration projects, undertaking options appraisals, benchmarking development appraisal assumptions and methodologies, and writing development strategies
