Denise joins the Transformation and Change practice at Altair from a Business Analyst role within the social housing sector. She brings expertise in process analysis and redesign, data and performance analysis, and systems implementation, with a strong focus on end-user and customer experience, data management, governance, and regulatory compliance.

With significant experience in business analysis and transformation, Denise has led complex improvement projects across housing management, repairs delivery, building safety, and IT system implementation. Prior to joining Altair, Denise held the role of Systems Implementation Business Analyst at a local authority social housing landlord, with previous Business Analyst and Data Management roles within an ALMO, local government call centre, and several non-housing organisations.
