Ellen Jurczak (She/Her)

Ellen joined Altair in November 2022, having previously worked in the charity sector. Ellen works with our charity, sport and education clients on fundraising and income generation, across both consultancy and implementation.

About Ellen

Prior to joining Altair, Ellen worked in the charity sector for over nine years at several well-known charities including Cancer Research UK, Dementia UK and Shelter. She was on the Chartered Institute of Fundraising West Midlands committee for seven years, serving as Chair for three of those.

As Senior Fundraising Manager, she consults with organisations across all income streams, with a particular focus on corporate, community and major donors, and helps them to put their plans into action. Ellen’s favourite part of what she does is helping clients to tackle their big challenges, identify opportunities and see things in a new light.

Fun Facts

Ellen enjoys reading, going to the cinema, gardening and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She has two cats and used to foster cats for North Birmingham Cats Protection – in total, she helped raise and find homes for 9 cats and kittens.
