Ellie is a PRINCE2® qualified Project Manager with an emphasis on property consultancy workstreams, she is working across a wide range of projects as she gains full exposure to the development process.
Most notably, Ellie has gained experience within the Sustainability Team, supporting colleagues in creating carbon budgeting frameworks for clients and the facilitation of client workshops to assist with organisational behaviour change and carbon literacy training associated with the work.

Before working at Altair, Ellie has gained extensive experience within customer centric environments, where key responsibilities have included managing and delivering a range of services to customer databases.
Ellie’s degree in International Business Management sparked her interest for consultancy, providing her with a strong base of understanding for the industry.

- Abri – Working within the Sustainability Team to support with the creation of a carbon budgeting framework to be implemented across the organisation.
- Falkirk Council- Supporting the Altair team in producing a carbon budgeting framework for the Council’s goal of achieving net zero by 2030.
- Land & New Business Team
- Sempra Homes- Assisting to deliver schemes of various scales throughout the development process, including the design and planning stages and creating the scheme’s financial appraisals.
- Preparing Financial Viability Assessments for HAs and LAs.
