Emma is an emerging transformation and change professional and PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager who joined Altair in November 2023.
Since joining Altair, Emma has worked on various projects based on designing solutions to address organisational challenges. Her developing interest in Generative AI for business means Emma is always searching looking for efficient and future-proof ways to effect systemic change.

About Emma
Emma’s interest in consultancy was peaked upon completion of her Geography degree, which developed her natural problem-solving abilities and inspired a career in supporting socially focused organisations. Prior to Altair, Emma worked in various customer-centric environments, gaining vital skills in communication, adaptability, customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
Recent Altair Assignments
- Hexagon – support with the delivery of a leasehold services review. Facilitated initial discovery work by organising interviews, workshops and document reviews. Produced process maps to assess the current approach and identify areas for service improvement.
- Dacorum Borough Council – project management support to facilitate with the delivery of a high-value procurement contract. Tasks include maintaining project plans, tracking and communicating outstanding risks, actions, issues and decisions.
- Internal projects – Emma has been at the forefront for two key internal transformation projects, serving as both the catalyst for innovation and the key provider of programme documentation and governance.
- Designed an end-to-end streamlined bid management process and built an internal CRM system from the bottom up to enable this process.
- Continues to work collaboratively across the organisation to develop Altair’s AI offer. Tasks include piloting Generative AI tools, internal training and capability building, and supporting the development of an AI strategy and ethical principles for use as guardrails for innovation.
