Fiona has over 30 years’ experience in housing and regeneration with local authorities and wholly owned development companies.
She has been responsible for delivering mixed tenure housing regeneration programmes across large states, for both direct and developer led schemes. Also, project management on the delivery of small developments.

Fiona has ample experience in housing management, investment management, procurement, and regeneration.

Her various roles have included: options appraisals, achieving vacant possession, resident engagement, viability
testing, grant applications and on-going liaison with the GLA, delivery of developments, negotiations on a CDA,
Section 106, land value, etc., and all reporting requirements.
Fiona’s financial experience includes responsibility for procurement and delivery of a £100M p.a. investment
programme at a large LA. And her communication skills include liaison with the GLA on the delivery of a contentious scheme and drafting a brief presented to a parliamentary select committee. Of equal importance, effective engagement, and consultation with residents.
