About Ieva
Ieva has an academic background in International Development which inspired her to work within a socially minded sector. Before joining Altair, Ieva gained work experience as a fundraising intern at Reall. This sparked her interest in housing and allowed her to improve organisational and presentation skills as well as develop new skills in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
