Ieva Roscenkova (she/her)
Ieva recently joined Altair as a Graduate Consultant in September 2022, with an emphasis on management consultancy workstreams.
Policy research and development, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and qualitative data analysis.
Ieva has an academic background in International Development which inspired her to work within a socially minded sector. Before joining Altair, Ieva gained work experience as a fundraising intern at Reall. This sparked her interest in housing and allowed her to improve organisational and presentation skills as well as develop new skills in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Outside work, Ieva enjoys going to the gym and outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and camping. She also loves to travel and learn about different cultures, all with a good book in hand.
