Jenny Brown (she/her)
Jenny is a Director in the Governance team with a special interest in behaviours and EDI.
Governance and culture support and training to boards and executives, coaching, mentoring and people development, risk management and assurance, Equality Diversity and Inclusion change and training. Regulation and Compliance.
Following 20 years as an auditor, focussing on not-for-profit organisations, Jenny now works on a variety of projects all with a focus on people and behaviours, including working with Boards and Executive teams to create high performing teams, especially in regulated environments. Jenny is a Board member and an accredited coach, qualified coach supervisor and an experienced facilitator.

In her spare time Jenny volunteers with a dog charity helping rehome dogs in Cyprus in the UK as she’s not allowed more than two dogs at home. She also volunteers with parkrun.
