His key focus has been supporting card processing activity in the UK, and he is a subject matter expert for Europe for ATM and single message processing.

John has had strong financial services exposure across a spectrum of business activities, with his most recent employment with Visa in a role that worked with multiple business functions. The common theme has been the engagement of clients to support their business needs and provide guidance to them to achieve their goals.
Initially beginning his career in consumer banking, John has gained experience over time in business banking, card issuance and his last role was at the core of ‘card processing’ with the payment scheme.
His last role provided the ability to interact with a wide range of organisations who operated in moving money to facilitate payments for cardholders.
Recent projects included the focus on improving the quality of payments and data exchange with all parties.

Outside of work, John enjoys regular spin cycling sessions and walking his golden retriever with his granddaughter. His biggest passion is being a supporter of Arsenal suffering the highs and lows over many seasons.
