Kate has over 20 years Treasury experience, working most recently at Barratt Redrow where she was Group Head Treasury, Insurance and Central Finance and for the last 12 months worked as an Integration lead on the Barratt Redrow integration. She was previously at National Express as Deputy Group Treasurer and held various Treasury roles at Coventry Building Society.

Kate also worked as an integration lead in the Integration Management Office for the Barratt Redrow combination giving her experience of large mergers.
