Liz Sykes
Liz works in Altair’s Strategy and Regulation Team, supporting clients with ensuring compliance against the regulatory standards and with strategic reviews. Liz has a strong in-depth knowledge of the links between operational service delivery, performance reporting and regulatory compliance. Liz has a strong in-depth knowledge of the consumer expectations of the Regulator of Social Housing, the Building Safety Regulator and the Housing Ombudsman.

Background
Prior to joining Altair full time, Liz worked at Places for People as a Housing Services Manager and then as a Service Improvement coordinator before joining Salix Homes for three years as an Allocations and Tenancy Specialist Manager.
