About Mark

Mark has a wealth of experience across a variety of Regeneration schemes. Projects include Leading on a success stock transfer ballot in Hackney, delivering off site housing in Basildon and recently taking forward a major scheme in Barking Town Centre. All these projects involved mixed tenure homes and ensuring financially viable outcomes were delivered. Marks experience has included several RP’S and LA landlords. He is familiar with governance structures and processes required to procure and appoint consultants and contractors.

Recent Altair Assignments

Project Director/Navigator London Borough of Haringey – Lead responsibility for 300 home schemes. Taking scheme forward for appointment of consultants, confirming viability, agreeing Planning strategy etc.

Recent projects include developing modular homes, leading on a multiphase 850 multi tenure home Regeneration scheme and working with residents to procure Architects. Mark still enjoys the challenge of taking projects forward and providing great homes.
