Michael Carr
Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of structured and corporate finance experience both in an advisory role and within the banking sector. He was most recently Head of Social Housing Finance and Executive Director, UK Securisation at National Australia Bank, building a large sustainability focused debt and DCM book. Previously a Managing Director at BNP Paribas and Capstar Partners (an advisory subsidiary of BNPP).
Michael has a clear understanding of the strategic needs and goals of clients and how these dovetail into credit risk and cross product financing dynamics with respect to banking and debt capital markets both in the UK and overseas. He experienced financier with good insight into what drives both sides of a transaction.
