Client Name: London Borough of Redbridge

Date: March 2025 – June 2025

Role on Project: Coordinated a crosscouncil review of the Housing Solutions service to support strategic goals around reducing temporary accommodation spend and improving resident outcomes.

Led workshop and meeting coordination across teams, managed stakeholder engagement, and gathered key documents and data to support an external service review. Designed and delivered an activity analysis survey that informed core findings and strengthened final recommendations. Maintained project governance through clear action tracking and team coordination. 

The final report was presented to the Executive Leadership Team, leading to Altair being commissioned to deliver the recommendations through a modernisation programme.

 

Client Name: London Borough of Redbridge

Date: July 2025 – Present

Role on Project: Coordinated mobilisation of a multistream modernisation programme for LB Redbridge to deliver key recommendations aimed at reducing temporary accommodation spend and strengthening homelessness prevention.

Accountable for programmewide risk management, preparing decisionready papers for Programme Board, and ensuring transparent, evidencebased reporting with all workstream leads. Established and embedded governance frameworks reporting into the Executive Leadership Team. Drove progress across stalled workstreams by improving work package quality, monitoring critical dependencies, and restoring momentum.

Provided stabilising governance and assurance at the client’s request, enabling workstreams to deliver milestones ahead of target and within budget.

 

Client Name: Chelmer Housing Partnership

Date: May 2025 – March 2026

Role on Project: Supported CHP with the implementation of recommendations following a service review, producing and securing signoff for the PID and Project Plan to define scope, outcomes, and required resources.

Developed core project governance documentation, including highlight reports, RAID logs, and action plans. Established programme governance with a monthly Project Board and delivered regular progress reporting. Provided change management support, working with HR on structural changes and business case development. Coordinated multiple processdesign workshops, ensuring alignment across teams and driving operational improvements.

CHP now has a suite of critical processredesign maps ready for Steer Co signoff, enabling a more effective service, reducing operational waste, and strengthening the case for future systems investment.
