About Nadine
Prior to working with Altair, Nadine worked with a regional Housing Association providing excellent customer service, Tenancy Management and Complaint Investigations, contributed valuable insights with data analysis for executive reports and Asset Management projects to identify themes and trends for customer complaints, and influenced colleagues to make informed evidence-based decisions relating to remedies and compensation to ensure budgets are spent appropriately and inline with polices.
Background
Nadine recently gained a CPD accreditation in Project Coordination and Planning to build on her extensive housing knowledge. This is the foundation that has supported her to pivot into project management.
