Paul Findlay MBE

Paul is responsible for the development of our services to charity and non-profit clients. He has worked across the charity, sports, private and military sector for 20 years.

About Paul

Paul started his career in the military, holding various leadership roles before moving into the private and not-for-profit sector. He has worked in strategic roles for organisations such as Barclays, The Football Association, EPIC Global Solutions, and Blesma —The Limbless Veterans. He has a track record of working on social impact-based projects.

Paul currently holds independent advisory positions for NHS(E) and The Cabinet Office and is a charity trustee and school governor.

Fun Facts

Outside of work, Paul’s time is predominately taken up coaching his daughters U8 and U10 football teams (Hashtag United), which is yielding much more success than his beloved Manchester United. Paul is also a keen fundraiser, and is striving to hit his target of £1m (currently around £800k).
