Phil’s career in ICT spans defence, finance and third sector. For the last 20 years Phil has worked with the Public Sector including Housing to develop ICT service delivery strategies and to procure technology and managed services.
Phil enjoys travel and is passionate about steam trains and church music from the mediaeval to the modern.
