Robbie joined Altair in October 2023 having previously worked in a range of roles across the museum, culture, and hospitality sectors.

As part of the Transformation & Change team at Altair, Robbie coordinates the day-to-day running of projects and provides support with project delivery.


Customer service design and delivery; performance, culture, and change management; operations and risk management; coordination and administration.

About Robbie

An adept coordinator, communicator, and administrator, Robbie is experienced in the delivery of continuous improvement and change programmes, as well as in the delivery of commercial strategy across the not-for-profit and private sectors.

Robbie has an international background and, prior to joining Altair, he most recently worked in Visitor Experience management at a major museum where he focused on effective operations and service delivery, revenue generation, and people management.
