Sarah is Altair’s Head of Search. With over twenty years’ experience as a senior search and recruitment specialist, she leads on executive and non-executive appointments across all professional disciplines within housing, development, regeneration, and asset management.

At Altair she has successfully recruited to almost 250 executive and non-executive senior positions. She has also filled over 75 interim management positions, working with a wide variety of organisations across the housing sector.

Prior to becoming a recruitment and search consultant, Sarah worked in the local government sector and has a professional background in diversity, HR and communications.
