About Sarah
Sarah is a Change Lead with substantial experience in initiating and managing change projects and programmes across Adult Social Care, Social Housing and within Corporate Services. Sarah has led change within a Local Authority for over 10 years – including multiple service and process redesigns utilising Business Analysis and Systems Thinking theory and techniques.
Sarah has led a range of technology-related projects including delivering Mobile and Agile Working across Adult Social Care, the implementation of an IT Housing Management System and managed a Council’s Technology Strategy Programme. Sarah places a strong emphasis on user and customer experience and working with stakeholders to co-produce designs and solutions.
Sarah has also led a Change and Assurance function within a local authority’s social housing service and has a strong background in compliance and assurance – including risk management and Consumer Standards compliance.

Sarah is a mum to two boys and is often caught up in the world of building blocks and computer games and enjoys getting out to visit historical sites and landmarks. She enjoys being active – walking and running and also completes gradings as a kickboxer.
