Sheila Kelham
Sheila has over 20 years of housing experience starting in Kent in housing management for 2 years before entering into Development. This was followed by a short period in Consultancy before moving into development in London including with two G15 Registered Providers. Working in new business, partnerships and regeneration Sheila has extensive knowledge and experience of land acquisition, due diligence, joint ventures, supported housing, bids and securing planning permission. She has recently worked on high profile schemes in Islington and Hammersmith and Fulham.
