Tom Williamson
Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience working in asset management, development and regeneration, across not-for-profit and private sectors. Most recently, Tom led the planning and construction of Holloway Park, a 985-home redevelopment scheme on the former Holloway Prison site. Tom has managed a mixture of regeneration, land-led and joint venture projects across all development stages. He has worked on land acquisitions, led complex planning applications, procured delivery partners, established corporate joint ventures, and asset managed completed commercial and residential properties.

About Tom
For the last 10 years, Tom has worked at Peabody, managing a range of development projects. These included the 985-home Holloway Park scheme, and the 599-home regeneration of the St John’s Hill estate. Tom also spent two years in the Programme team, implementing policies and procedures and managing the grant programme. Prior to Peabody, he worked at TT Group (Telereal Trillium), focusing on asset management and lettings, and then at Citu, where he delivered a Passivhaus scheme in Sheffield and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
