About Will

Predominantly featuring in our strategy development and strategy implementation projects, Will has significant facilitation and strategy writing experience in the sport for development and charity sectors.

As a seasoned Strategy Consultant, Will is known for his collaborative approach to strategic planning projects and engaging faciliatory style during client workshops. With past strategy development projects for UEFA National Associations/Women’s Football, Sky Blues in the Community, Carers Trust, The Centre for Access to Football in Europe, The London Stadium and The National Brain Appeal, he brings a wealth of experience and insight to our Sport, Education and Charity clients. Will derives great satisfaction from empowering our clients to transform their strategic vision into an achievable reality.

As well as Strategy Development, Will has experience in supporting our clients with large scale community/stakeholder consultations projects, income generation/fundraising aspirations and governance assessments.

Before joining Altair Will gained experience in Commercial Lending and Start-Up Consultancy. His role focused on supporting ex-military, ex-police, and ex-medical professionals in transitioning to self-employment. Will provided consultancy advice strategic guidance and cash flow forecasting, ensuring the successful and sustainable launch of their new ventures.

Prior to this, Will delved into Business Coaching and Management Consultancy, where he provided training to prominent pharmaceutical organisations on Sales, Account Management, Stakeholder Influence, and Public Speaking.

In the early stages of his career, before venturing into sport development and charity consultancy, Will worked as a lifeguard at a holiday park in his hometown in the Cotswolds.
