Bradley Tollon
Since 2015 Bradley has worked for a wide range of public sector clients specialising in financial viability and development management. He is experienced at delivering a range of services including financial viability assessments for planning applications, options appraisals and housing affordability research. He is also co-responsible for the growth and maintenance of the Podplan development appraisal toolkit.
Bradley’s experience includes working as a new business manager for a Council Housing Delivery Company acquiring land and S106 opportunities. As part of this role he co-ordinated and appointed project teams, managed planning applications and provided concise reporting to multiple audiences including boards and councillors.
Away from Altair Bradley tries his hand, often unsuccessfully, at most sports. He spends a lot of his time playing cricket or fetch with his dog.
