Colin Woods

Colin is a qualified CIPFA accountant with substantial experience in finance and social housing and charities. He has project managed numerous projects for local authorities looking at a wide range of issues including option appraisals.

Over the last three years, Colin has been closely involved with a number of local authorities in reviewing the optimum approach to development and in HRA business planning. Prior to working in housing consultancy Colin worked at a senior level in the finance departments of a number of local authorities and is a Fellow of CIPFA.
