David is a qualified finance professional with substantial experience of providing advice and support on development investment appraisals, financial planning and financial management and reporting matters.
David has several years of experience working in the housing sector, more recently working for a housing association where he was responsible for providing the finance business partnering service to the corporate and development teams. He is responsible for maintaining Altair’s development appraisal toolkit – Podplan – and has experience building complex financial models to support major regeneration projects, undertaking options appraisals, benchmarking development appraisal assumptions and methodologies, and writing development strategies.
When he’s not working, David enjoys running, cycling, walking his dog in the Shropshire Hills, and watching most kinds of sport!
