Emma Ahmed (she/her)

A highly experienced senior leader and sustainable urban development specialist, Emma has over 13 years’ expertise in developing and delivering programmes, with a special focus on affordable housing, financed by the European Commission, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, Sida, and FCDO. She has been responsible for investment origination in green affordable housing ecosystem businesses and projects across Asia and Africa, successfully building an investable pipeline of £500M commercially viable impact investment opportunities and overseeing a live portfolio of investments of £60M. Emma has had experience in positions across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Having lived and worked extensively in Asia, Emma is multilingual and possesses substantial knowledge and experience of the regional real estate landscape.

As well as spending quality time with family and friends, Emma loves travelling to new places, learning languages and playing sports.
