Jackie has worked for over thirty years in the public and voluntary sectors with extensive experience of housing care and support services for vulnerable and older people.
Previously Director of Consulting at Tribal PLC, she has a strong track record in specialist consultancy within the sector, and has expertise spanning both the commissioning and the service delivery aspects of social care and housing support. Her career has included strategic development for local authorities, including large-scale community consultation, and the management of capital programmes and revenue budgets. Other experience includes new business generation and service development in the housing care and support sector, and operational management of supported housing and care services.
A skilled facilitator, she works with board members through to specific vulnerable groups within the community, for example, older people and people living with mental illness.
