Kirsty Hickson (she/her)
Kirsty has worked within the social housing sector for 10 years and within social care for 15 years. She recently joined Altair as a Consultant and has a postgraduate diploma in Management Consultancy, alongside vocational qualifications in leadership, and health and social care.
Kirsty has had experience of delivering services within the specialisms of services for people with learning disabilities, older people and people experiencing homelessness. Kirsty has worked as, and line managed, CQC Registered Managers within social care settings.
Kirsty has a young family and enjoys spending time with them exploring her native Cornwall. She also enjoys running and cycling and recently took up paddle boarding. Kirsty also enjoys volunteering her time in two roles locally.
