Kirsty Hickson (she/her)
Working at senior leadership level for the last 10 years, Kirsty has extensive experience of leadership and management within a variety of social care, support and housing management environments.
She is experienced in delivering services within the specialisms of services for people with learning disabilities, older people and people experiencing homelessness. Kirsty has worked as and managed CQC Registered Managers.
At Altair Kirsty works with housing association, care and support and local authority clients; spending most of her time delivering service reviews, strategic options appraisals, policy research, service improvement, and operating model projects.
Kirsty has a young family and enjoys spending time with them exploring her native Cornwall. She also enjoys running and cycling and recently took up paddle boarding. Kirsty also enjoys volunteering her time in two roles locally.
